Honorable mention in the competition for the Award of the Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Gdansk for young scientists

MSc. Magdalena Kosecka, from the Department of Plant Taxonomy and Nature Conservation, received an honorable mention in the field of biological and agricultural sciences in the competition for the Award of the Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Gdansk for young scientists for the best scientific paper published in 2021.
The honorable mention was awarded for the scientific article entitled: "New lineages of photobionts in Bolivian lichens expand our knowledge on habitat preferences and distribution of Asterochloris algae" published in the journal - Scientific Reports in 2021 (authors: Kosecka Magdalena, Guzow-Krzemińska Beata, Černajová Ivana, Škaloud Pavel, Jabłońska Agnieszka, Kukwa Martin).
